Why Costco would be a good place for a dinner party

As loyal readers will know by now, I take Costco seriously and like to write about store policies, experiences, and products. However, I also enjoy having some fun with this blog.
As a little break from the Passover product reviews (I would like to know what you think of the products though), I wanted to share my recent thoughts about why Costco would be a good place to host a dinner party. Of course, I am joking, but some make a lot of sense…
1. There is plenty of parking.
2. If people wear the wrong attire, they can remedy it by purchasing clothing at Costco.
3. If guests forgot a host/hostess gift, they can always purchase a bottle of wine.
4. No need to hire caterers to pass hors d’oevres (the employees handing out samples have it covered)
5. There are excellent desserts…and lots of them.
6. There are comfortable couches.
7. If people get bored, they can find plenty of books to read.
8. If the food isn’t good, they can stop for a hot dog or pizza before they leave.
9. There is plenty of room to mingle.
10. The store had to close, so guests can’t overstay their welcome.
11. The floor is cement, so no need to worry about wine spilling on the rug.
12. If there is a spill, there is an abundance of mops with which to clean up the mess.
13. If people don’t like the other guests, they can chat with other Costco patrons.
14. If guests run out of small talk, they can comment on the absurd sizes and variety of products in the store.
15. If parents cannot find sitters for their children, the kids can play on the swing sets and slides in the store.
16. If you eat too much and get indigestion, there is plenty of medicine on hand.
Any others?
